These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Date Connect website at www.date-connect.com (the "Site"), our mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). To use Date Connect, you must:

User-Generated Content and License

Content Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to Date Connect, including photos, videos, messages, and profile information ("User Content").

License Grant: By uploading User Content to the Services, you grant Date Connect a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the Services and Date Connect's business, including for promotional purposes.

Public Nature of Content: By uploading User Content, you acknowledge and agree that your content will be visible to other users of the platform. Once you upload content and make it available to other users, you waive any claims regarding the content being public within the platform.

Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant the licenses in these Terms, and that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights.

No Liability for User Content: Date Connect is not liable for any User Content uploaded by users. We do not pre-screen or approve User Content, but we reserve the right to remove or refuse to display any User Content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

Important: Limitation of Liability

IMPORTANT: Date Connect is not liable for any content uploaded by users, and full responsibility for such content rests with the uploading user. By uploading content, users waive all claims and rights related to that content once it becomes public on the platform.

Prohibited Activities

You agree to use the Services in accordance with these Terms and our Community Guidelines. You must not:

• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Upload, post, or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Upload violent, graphic, or otherwise inappropriate content

Premium Features and Payments

Date Connect offers both free and premium subscription features. By purchasing a premium subscription, you agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. All sales are final and non-refundable except as required by law.
